You might need a Health & Lifestyle Coach…even if you don’t know what one is. Seriously, when was the last time that you had even close to an hour to talk with a trained health professional about food, sleep, disease prevention or wanting to feel better than just alright?  We all know that we should eat more vegetables and exercise. Why does that feel so overwhelming? You’ll have two sessions per month with Kara to strategize and prioritize the changes that will leave you feeling more nourished and energetic. You’ll also learn how all of the different aspects of your life are interconnected. 

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and creating lists of good/bad foods, Kara partners with clients to create vital, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and non-judgmental. Who wants starvation, deprivation or tribulation? Yuck. Understanding that people are unique, Kara pulls from all of her education and experience to help you make changes that are actionable, sustainable and, well, aren’t a total buzzkill. She’s a Certified Health Coach, a Natural Chef, a Classical Pilates Instructor and an Entrepreneur. (She used to be a burnt-out CPA/Financial Analyst until she realized her true calling.)

Don’t live in Western Massachusetts?  Don’t worry! Coaching is done by phone or Skype. (Kara has successfully worked with clients on 4 continents and counting.) It’s more convenient and comfortable. Rumor has it that some clients have worn their pajamas for our coaching sessions. Sorry, Pilates clients, you still have to wear your workout clothes.
