What to Wear

Pilates is done barefoot, so you won’t need any special socks or shoes.

And yes — we know you’re wondering — all of our equipment is cleaned with an (all-natural) antibacterial solution after each session.

We recommend that you wear clothes which you can move freely and sweat in…items that are not too restrictive and not too loose.  It’s really helpful for the instructor to see how your body moves while you workout.  Supportive undergarments generally make most of our clients feel the most comfortable.

Ladies often feel most comfortable wearing yoga pants and a sports top; gents often like to wear a pair of jogging pants or fitted shorts.
