Want to get the most out of your private session? For starters, please show up on time. There are hundreds of exercises, so let’s be sure to get a whole bunch of them into your session. Be ready to workout. Get a good night of sleep. Have a light snack before your session, if you are hungry. You’ll probably feel better if you have that brunch or dinner after your session. If you are feeling sick or are actively injured, listen to your body. Sometimes, it just needs the rest.
