Free Runner Focused Pilates class at JackRabbit!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, February 18th.  vital corps and its favorite running store, JackRabbit, are teaming up for a FREE runner-focused Pilates mat class in their Park Slope location.  It will be a great way to try Pilates and learn how it benefits runners of all levels.
